This is like a parent on H1 and the kid born in india is being taken to US w/o a visa for the kid. How can you forget to get a visa.Instead of being ashamed and being sorry they have manged to potray that Indian Immigration authorities are bad.We as NRI's dont even pay tax(atleast most of them) and expect to find a spot in the airport thats built by taxpaying indian - atleast that's how it would be viewed here.hey i had the worst interrogation by US immigration officer and considering i had a GC it should have been a no brainer.Please quit complaining and dont make it a racial one. It also shows that we are not ready to accept a law in India and have scant respect.The sad part is the 2 kids will grow up with a bad taste for India.Way to go parents!!
