Normally in this country , politicians and wealthy people can get omn with whatever they want and the judiciary also does not touch them. that is the feeling tha has been developed in the minds of he people over some decades .Now judgements like this one will restore the confidence of the people in the judiciary , hough the thought that he ruling poliical parties would do evrything to nullify the efec of he judgements of the judiciary , stilllingers in the minds of people .When capital punishment is not favoured , the rigorous imprissionement should be for not less then 50 years in the case of murder and other seriou sand heinous crimes with no power for the president to grant and pardon opr repreive in cases of murder and mass killings .the terms of punishment even for ordinary crimes extends to 5o to 80 years in the western countries including the USA. Those countries do not show any special treatment for monied people . The slavish mind of the Ibdins for for is still very stringly entreched in governence .This should go if he coutry should prosper.
