Why do they attack brahmins?
by Vijaya Kumar on Dec 08, 2006 10:46 PM

In the whole population of India Brahmins are a minority-they lived poor historically-they never had reservations as one of learned writers is mentioning. Brahmins are the ones who kept the history-there is no Brahmin God figure we pray to. I condemn any discrimination with heart and soul. The demand of the Dalits (who want to say and be called Dalits for ever because of privileges they enjoy) is not just give them all the privileges that no community ever had any time in human history, but they want others constantly punished and reduced to cinders. Once I heard Jaggivan Ram saying "I want to see Brahmins pulling Rikshwas"-For me I do not want any one pulling Rikhwas. Do they want vengence and destruction or will they ever use their up-lifting for 5 generations till now for the up-lifting of whole of India? They burnt Deccan queen because some Brahmins traveled in it-what kind of nonsense its that? Let blacks burn busses because whites traveled in USA-they will never see light again. Blacks do not have reservations in USA for your information. Purpose of attempts to uplift is for them to become the teachers and honorable citizens-what honor is there in burning and hating?
