I am very surprised with the remarks of Mr. Dangle and Mr. Yagnik.
By so saying that Dalit's donot get jobs, I wonder what is the so called reservation all about. The whole of Indian Administration and their policies and actions are directed towards protecting Backward castes incl SCs and STs, by all means and in every resepct at the cost of the Forward communities.
Further, it is said that police misbehave while Dalits are on a rally and such a misbehaviour is not seen when RSS or BJP takes out a rally. This is very immature observation. What sort of comparisions are these?
Moreover, this gentleman says that Dalit's now can confidently decline dirty jobs. What is a dirty job? and why should there be any community reference here?
Given this maturity levels, no matter what ever extent to which the Forward communities sacrifice their right for equal opportunities, these immature leaders will never allow this to be understood.
I pity the very Dalit community, who truly donot have the right leadership to give them the correct approach to life and are thouroughly a misguided lot.
