after the victory of 1971 war, Indian Prime minister (then) Indra Ghandi said that we have sworn two nation theory in waters of Indian Ocean. I think after openly helping rebels ( or even creating them to much extent )in east Pakistan, India has lost right to blame Pakistan for its indirect (and even direct) help to liberation movements / uprising in India like that of Kashmir.
