the writer is very right that dalits are angry because they donot get what is promised to them .But can reservation in jobs and educational institutions solve the problem .there has been reservation in jobs and and educational institutions for long enough . don't you think that education and family planning are the two things that dalits need badly .they should be given incentives to get their children educated and incentives to people with limited family and disincentives to those with bigger families .you cannot guarantee job to every educated person but education in itself increases his / her chances of getting fruitful employment and who knows how many more sceintists and doctors may come out .it is only which brings out the real person .
