I have during last few weeks railed against the unsatisfactory character of Indo US Nuclear Agreement inasmuch as it discrimates against so called Nuclear -Weapons five haves against poor relations such as Indians , and diffrential IAEA inspection guidelines and slew of restrictions imposed by US laws against nuclear technology related imports to non-Nuclear Weapon states like India..But that is US prerogative... What rightly Dr AN Prasd aptly underlines that Indian Nuclear Sdcientist should be encouraged and supported to quicken the pace of Thorium technologies which we have in plentiful bulk.D. Goel
