These kind of passengers need to be punished/penalised as nobody should switch on their mobile phones while on board and they should not move around when the seat belt sign is ON. Treatment to these passengers is justified rather I prefer for a stiffer punishment to these kind of offences as they put other passengers in all sort of troubles. hemant
