The 12 Indian passengers were deboarded after the plane was escorted by F16 fighters on gorounds of violating the dutch rules. This is incident sets a beautiful precedent. We have the likes of Dawood Ibrahim and his cronies roaming around freely. We also know that they are jet setters flying freely across the world. All we have to do is to keep a tab on him and the moment we get a confirmation that he is flying over the Indian airspace we can ask our Su-30s to escort the plane to one of our airports and there we have our man. Even if the report turns out to be wrong we can always say "Excuse me but we had confirm information that a terrorist was on board". No one would even blink as this is an extended fight against terror.
