The first paragraph itself says it all.Using cellphone,moving on the plane without care and not putting seat belts on.I think that with a heightened state of security,if there are couple of rebels,who feel that they should not comply witht the security procedures,what options do the staff onboard have??It is not question of a racial bias but a case of uncontrolled nuisance in the times of hightened secuirty risks.
