Vande Mataram was the soul of our Independence. How can we defer it? The people who are saying that its recital is not mandatory can after some time say that recital & paying tribute to National Anthem is also not mandatory. Its not the question of mandatory, it senses to pay the tribute.
I strongly condemn those people who can't say Vande Mataram, they should not be given the citizenship of India, b'coz they can't bow in front of their motherland. Shame on them.
