Hello Dear,

Looks like you have half knowledge, which is pretty dangerous.

Muslim females has got "khula" which is equivalent to "male talak"

Also, there are one in million, who has 4 wives (if you see logically if many muslims are having multiple wives there could be shortage of muslim women)
