If a group of air passngers will behave in a manner,which is not civilised and trust worthy,not listening to crews,disturbing other passengers,they must be punished.And it was done though in a grand manner.
It is a shame when we provide motive to this.It is equally horryfying to find from their family members that they are frequent travellers.In this case the punishment should be harsh.
