I don't know if Vikram Sood is a Congress Party political appointee to RAW, but I find his soft-headed views to be ridiculous for someone who purports to be a security analyst. With securitymen like these, no wonder India hasn't yet managed to defeat the Jihadis. It's glaringly obvious that the militants only understand the language of force. We're the ones who don't know how to speak their language.
