New York Celebration
by Rajesh Velagapudi on Aug 22, 2006 03:56 AM

Good to hear that New Yorkers celebrated Independence day grandly
to show their patriotism. In guest column the authors showed his
dissatisfaction about the cine actors, not showing up during parades
but coming for lunchon or dinners. It is quite funny why the
organisiers are behind the stardom, in what scence that it makes
scence to request an actor to lead the parade expecting to attract the
people towards the parade. Why dont they think of inviting a freedom
fighter or a intelctual person of whom India and Indian are proud of.
Does it wont make scence to celebrate Indepence or Republic day. I
request the organiser to think once again before paying a hug
amount for a cine artist rather spending it on some one who is worth
for.

Thank you,
