We are dished with occasional sensations that the Security is going into Red-Alert mode based on latest Intelligence summaries; such repeated news -reports have have only lulled the ordinary Citizens into distrust and disbelief of our capabilities to definitively put out the evil designs of Terrorists and their Molls in our very permissive Security arrangements. What is missing is genuine enhancement of effective surveillance of the mischief-makers in the security covers themselves, and the vulnerable underworld dons of Mumbai, who bribe the latter regularly...
