Her institutions are also providing free education to poor students. And to run such an institution serving the poor, you need money. And that money, the rich are willing to pay to educate their children. If Mr. Krisha Iyer wants to know, Amrita Hospital is running in a huge loss. Only by the grace of Amma and Her followers, the institution is kept running. It is very easy to criticize without knowing the facts.
And to talk of the countless other services Amma is doing for the poor, there is no end to it. And Amma has totally owned up the tsunami relief work in Kerala, in addition to Tamil Nadu and Srilanka.
