India does not need call center but ownership of companies like Microsoft, HP, IBM, Google, Yahoo etc
India needs many more universities like IIT, ISC, Harvard, Princeton, MIT and Stanford etc.
More focus on PhD and research academics
Good nexus between industry and academic institute
To be superpower you need country infrastructure so Transportation, heath sector, primary education all needs to improve
Water resources need to be connected (no farmers suicide)
Domination in space.
Military/Airforce/Navy (need to export warfarenot import them)
Nuke power
Rise of india middle class in politics and party like congress SP, BSP PMK...out in garbadge
Many more...but above are good enough for starting.
