Airline terror plot

It is high time the US and UK realise that Pakistan is a fertile ground for grooming radical young men into terrorists. Although Gen.Musharraf keeps giving the impression to his mentor George Bush that he has gone against popular opinion in Pakistan to join forces with US in their war on terror. Yes, he has really! But the goody goody image carefully cultivated since 9/11 to appease the US so that largesse was bestowed on his nation, under severe economic crisis then, should not be taken at face value. Whenever India places a demand note for criminals hiding in Pakistan, pretexts and counter claims ensure quick and secure burials under the carpet. Along with thanking Pakistan and cheering up their ally, the US and UK should begin to harbour reservations about the real control and operational capabilities of the Pakistani military in rooting out terror workshops. They not only harm Pakistani, Afghani and Indian interests, but give fillip to the diaspora in UK on their ancestral homeland tours to cause damage in their adopted country as British citizens, using the same democracy and free society that has enlightened them.
