When most of the perpetuator of mass murders belong to one community, then it is no wrong in questioning that community as a whole. Unless we see leaders from that community fight the terror in their own instead of protesting against massacres in Lebanon or Iraq, we wont make any progress. Otherwise, this has to be enforced by state. But, with leaders like Mulla Sigh, Lalu (who see no evil) and rest of the crowd (who say nothing to evil), theres nothing much one can expect from State. Hope IGP doesnt get punished for his views, but, as a citizen we demand actions. This illegitimate menace has to be curbed, no matter what.
