No wonder !we have got ruling party & then oppositions PLUS we elect them in more or less same equal strength,moreover the speaker cannot be a dictator plus the amount or quantity of members is also not telescopic or pyramidical which sort of makes things unmanagable & unwieldy according 2 me so it should b expected & with the prescription evolve further into te said trend;no body can bell the cat so brave it & bear it relax & let things take its course because it simply cannot b solved.
