He is so right when he says, " how can i be separated from congress"! He was involved in the deal priarily in the capacity of a senior congressman. If there is a misuse of power/position, the congress is responsible for that. How are we supposed to look at all this in isolation? I mean let me put the question in a different way- how else could congress have been held responsible in the case? Pathak panel has certainly tried to play up to the tunes of congress some way or the other!
