Should Have Titled as INDIAN and not as MUSLIM
by Lakshminarayann on Apr 27, 2006 06:09 PM

The gesture of the muslim is really appreciated by all Indians. But the way media projects it is 'A Muslim' has come forward. Why should that difference come into picture. it should not be a surprise if a muslim or christian or a sikh comes forward. It should be appreciated as being done by an INDIAN. By telling that it was a Muslim it makes feel that he has done something that has not been done earlier by muslims(which is not the case. Muslims have/are contributing to this great nation). If it is a Hindu or Muslim or christian or a Sikh who ever it might be, every one is an indian by birth. Only that has to come first.
