Very heartwarming to read about Mrs.Kanchan Choudhary, the DGP of Uttarnchal. Madam, could you kindly devote some time to train the police to be more humane and to take appropriate action based on case to case basis rather than treating everybody with suspicion and useage of uncultured language against the poor and the helpless. I know it is a near impossible task, however kindly do something about it. I believe that only persons like you CAN DO IT.
