It is really so very heartening to learn about women police officers assuming high positions. We just request them to be real women, and not fall prey to the negative culture of many amle police officers. As senior officers they should develop a motherly role, and an impartial one too. The greatest problem of these high positions is, other than temptations, is the development of a BIG EGO, which makes them forget their real role.
