India has always been run by myopic, brainless idiots who can't see past thier noses, far less to realize the dangerous happenings in Nepal - the blind leading the blind. Worse yet, Indians are always reactive, never proactive! Even with all their experts, they seem incapable of sizing up a situation or formulating an appropriate strategy; rather, aways waiting until things have become totally untenable, and are now forced to act, by which times it's usually too late.
