While it is worthwhile to note that Delhi police has re-opened the case,ultimately justice has to be meted. SOMEONE had shot Jessica.And that someone has manipulated witnesses,evidence,facts and authorities, possibly being in a postion to do so.It should not be that all this excercise is being done,the matter is prolonged to no end, just to exonorate the possible guilty person/persons.Because the persons involved, including the previous handlers from the side of law enforcing agency,WILL go all out to prove that the previous investigation was done truthfully!!!
