Ban is typical response of incompetent political & Buerocratic eshtablishment. There is nothing wrong in the dance at the bars, they do not wear indecent clothes (atleast in todays context , given what we are shown by the media- remember the Carol Gracias exploitation by the "Holier than Thou" Media). What is wrong is the Human traffiking & exploitation going on in the cover of the dance bars. Eshtablishment is unable to stop prostitution happening under the cover of Modelling, Films, Beauty Parlours, Massage services. So by that logic Modelling, Films , Beauty parlors should be banned. The eshtablishments inability to enforce exisiting laws( and the existing laws are quite adequate)and take action against corrupt police & politicians is being very deviously covered up by giving an emotional twist( our politicians have mastered "State of the Art" techinque of emotionally exploiting Religion, Caste & Culture )by invoking "INDIAN CULTURE" & "CORRUPTION OF YOUNG MINDS" . This is typical divertionary tactic of Indian Politicians & we should not fall for this. Ban is not teh answer, effective enforcement of Law to STOP THE TRAFFIKING & EXPLOITATION OF WOMEN is the right way.
