Dance to the tunes of the CM!
by Vidya Ramanathan on Apr 12, 2006 10:19 PM

Why in heaven's name is the Govt. behind these girls?? What is it that Deshmukh wants? He wants these girls only to dance for him???
What has the Govt. achieved by putting these girls out of bussiness?? Do they (Govt.) have a rehabilitation programme first to employ these women in professions of 'dignity' before closing down such bars??
Has Mr. Deshmukh taken the responsibility to feed and educate their families now their bred-winners are unemployed??
How has he made sure that these women are not forced into prostituion or does he consider prostitution a more 'dignified' profession??
Only if the Govt. is made to answer these questions to the satisfaction of these poor women, should they be made to appeal against the High court order!
