Once, late BabuRao Patel, Editor of Mother India, succintly said that legalised and clinically certified prostituion centres shouald be allowed so that society women can walk safely on the streets of India. The same fact holds good for Dance Bars also with sex maniacs , particularly among the upper economic class multiplying by leaps and bounds. With dance bars and certified prosptitions aroud, these maniacs will find an outlet to a large extent if not fully.
