For once the ban on this evil is established by the government, why the High court or any other institution should question the validity? There are millions of common people in Maharashtra to be targeted by this Dance Bars for their trade. Does the Dance Bars contribute for anything in the civil/social development... then why lift the ban for a minor percentage of the state's citizens. The Bar owners and their organisations have already taken the people for a ride through many years, with their flourishing Bar Restaurants.... when will they end their greed ? Dance Bars have done more harm than they are publicised to to good by the Bar associations and NGOs. It seems that the High court too is being taken for a ride....
