I was shocked to know you had to go through such an experience, since I myself had never heard that this kind of discrimination existed, atleast in Urban societies. I feel there is a long way to go before we Indians can claim ourselves to be global citizens. I hope every person who reads this article understands the intent behind this and takes an initiative to being tolerant towards other religion and bring out Universal Brotherhood in its true sense, that we Indians have been falsely proclaiming without practicing it.
