That is correct approach of a leader who wants to treat all the citizens equally, no matter whether they belong to any community creed, caste, religion etc. if at all one wants to give due weightage it should be only the handicapped, and economically extremely weak but none else. evry leader must understand the negative attitude will eatawayhim/herself. every one should work hard to earn his own butter. people are equally responsibele if no good leader is elected. all are indians all have equal responsibility and equal rights. mohannl
