I think it is a very forth right speech not only for the US congressmen to study and ponder but even for Indians, who are opposed to the deal. All these days we had no agreement, but what did we do or achieve during the last 30 years? Now is the opportunity to push the case of nuclear power thru 1000 Mw reactors, which we will take at least 20 years more to make and fuel,on our own. Yes, we should have the option to test like China, which we should be able to have thru diplomacy.
