Govt has yet to fulfill their promises of 'proper' resettlement and rehabilitation of the millions who have been displaced to date, and it's time they were held accountable - people have rights which must be respected, especially 'the' right to petition their govt against unjust and unreasonable actions - India is a participatory democracy, right?
