The Carbide case in 1984 was even worse calamity.
Even today there is no final judgment; no compensation to surviving victims; and no one knows what happened on that night and who did the mischief.
The Narmada case is the longest tragic story ever played out in real life. We need to capitalise on this by making a few movies, TV serials and a few books. Medha should be immediately awarded the Nehru prize for Peace.
