Sadness keeps striking !!!

I don't understand politics, and i don't think i ever will and especially
that of India's. I mean is it really that hard to see through this, what
more evidence does the government of India need till they realize the
injustice being done to all the Adivasis. The World Bank had
personally sent investigators and they declared that the conditions
the Narmada Project said it would meet, was in fact not being met
and so they withdrew from giving India the 400+ million dollars. Even
after this, the government of India fails to recognize the severity of
this matter. I mean people are literally loosing their homes and it's
not even their fault. They are Adivasis who are harmless people, they
live on the land, that's all they know, to live off their
surroundings. How can India's conscience allow for this to happen
and anyhow how are the cash settlements, they offer to give, going to
solve any of this. The Adivasis don't live in the city, they don't know
of the lifestlye in the cities and its not their fault that they don't.
Seriously, this is India, a country who speaks so highly behalf of their
culture and their morals and ethics. Then where is ethics behind all of
this!!!!
