If all what Condi Rice says are true, then why is the USA afraid to accept India as Nuclear Weapons State ? If we are truly natural partners, then our possession of N weapons should strengthen security. Or is it the possession of these awesome weapons by non white people make them uneasy ? Then it is a very primitive fear.
