It is a pity that a land which produced the eminenet statesman Chanakya who successfully plotted to force Alexandar the great to retreat from India, is today not having ministers of similar stature. Chanakya's (Kautilya) Arthashastra is relevant even today. It tell in clear terms how to keep the enemey in control. Our mandarins should learn lessons from Chanakya and his book.
