I think that the disaster management system is a total failure. The BMC and other Government bodies have nothing to do other than blaming each other. There are instances when commities have been formed for such issues but no outputs are visible so far. I urge the CM to take a look at his rotten system and do something which might help us. Forget about transformation of Mumbai to Shanghai. The Government should think about these primary security measures(I hope that you read this message Mr. CM).
