Hi EveryMuslim in india, is proud what sania is acheiving for india. But she is also representive to muslim women in media,and world. So expecting her to follow some dress code should be understandable , people requesting to wear proper dress , not Burkha or hijab which iranian women wear during their games.Its their culture and please dont comment on it , saying that womens are ill treated. In Islam women is given all liberty to do whatever she wants , only peoples like some maulvius who seek some benefits , try to change the laws as per their need. Nobody said she should not play tennis , and even one of the maulvi raised a request , to change the dress code for tennis game , so that muslim women can also participate in the game without any issues. One more point i wanted stress is till now , Tennis is game of western world(mean mostly played by western countries ) In Tamilnadu all the engg colleges banned jeans and skirts , and asked all the college students to wear proper dress. Does it mean that maulvi and college principal are wrong and they follow islamic rules. On contrary, most of the students , and parents welcomed this decision.
