Sania, Islam and Muslim Males
by Vjay Pherwani on Sep 17, 2005 01:55 PM

It quite obvious from some posts of Muslim males, that Islamic laws do apply only to females (Sania shud wear long shorts/ or cover her skin using some specially designed costumes etc.) is suggested by them, but pray tell us what's their reaction to unislamic behaviour by the muslim men as reported in media? Salman Khan baring his chest at the drop of the hat/ driving over and killing pavement dwellers/ getting involved in drunken brawls; Fardeen Khan in possesion of banned substance; Saif (earlier)and his father (recently) Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi involved in poaching endangered and protected animals; Azharuddin allegedly involved and subsequently banned for match fixing.
I'm sure all of the above is not permitted by Islam then why not a single protest by muslim males?
