china is clever , once it sees that india can become potential trouble in association with US, it has started singing better tunes. Let us not fooled by Chinese, they are still trying to nullify Indian Nuclear and defence program by encouraging Pakistan to seek Nuclear restraint agreement with India.
We should not day dreaming.China must do the following before it's intention can be gauged
1. They ned to give askai chin back and everything that is this side of Himalaya. They have engulfed enough of land mass ( TAR) and in return have recognized very little for india till now ( just sikkim).
2. Stop arming india's adversary like pakistan
3. Support India's candidature to UN , as india did for them. Right now they are in flip flop statement and no concrete promise.
India on it's part must strengthen it's capability with the help of US. You will see then all world will be talking partnership.
