INDIA-CHINA RELATIONS
by Sreenivasan Raju Aiyer on Sep 15, 2005 10:00 AM

Looking back at history there is absolutely no reason for India and China to be enemies at all. [except for the 1962 Chinese invasion which perhaps was done under the zeal of the nascent Chinese `revolution']. At least in the case of Pakistan there is nearly a thousand year history of Moslems shedding Hindu blood which the latter firmly believe will one day be avenged as per the law of karma. It is unfortunate that the Chinese have done immense harm to humanity at large in the false pretext of "containing" India by providing nuclear and missile technology to Pakistan which in turn has sold the same in the bazaars of Al Qaeda! I wonder whether the Chinese would ever sit back, think and come to the conclusion that there is no ground at all for their animosity towards India!
