From the time of independence, almost all the steps of faithbuilding with Pakistan have been initiated by India.What Pakistan has does?They have waged three wars (1947,1965,1971)with india.They have never followed India for faith building.India should note it clearly that all the moves of Pakistan are aimed to destablise India whether it is goodwill gesture or sending terrorists in Kashmire.One side Pakistan signes an aggrement with India the next day he violets it.Pakistan knows that India in itself is devided in politics therefore India will never be hard against them whether he violates an aggrement,send terrorists or hangs innocent Sarbjit.
