In 1965, the IAF had just received MiG 21 fighters. They were not fully operationalised.
IAF never operted MiG 19's and the MiG 23's were still on the design boards in USSR (The MiG 23 first flew on 10 June 1967)
so much for the Brigadier of PAF (no such rank exists in PAF) lol
