This is a lot of Bull, from Kraepon and hi ilk. The first things first, why should only 5 countries in the world should have Nuclear weapons. Either it should be none or evry one.
Secondly even in you have that why have the date of a968 as cut off why not 1975 or 1998 and include India or Pakistan also??
And why Kraepon and his ilk never talk about one more country who has never signed NPT, namely Israel. Why they single out India.
If insignificant countries like UK and France with 60 Million people can have the N Bomb, why not India - a nation which has to protect 1/5th pf the humanity, huh?
