WIth all the lovey dovey talk, how come such an intellectual report from a think tank does not compare the Indian case with that of China, Japan, Saudi, etc (even Pakistan)? It will easily be found that the Indian political & media engagement is nowhere near these stalwarts, who've been at it for a very long time.
The Indian case is the least possible achievement, needs a lot more, & no cause for goung Ga Ga...
