Why has the author left out any mention of the leaders who incited the violent attackS? Why is it that the Congress is hardly mentioned in the media whenever they talk about communal violence? Congress leaders were definitely responsible for intensifying the 1984 attacks.
Also,readers' comments here about the 1984 riots and the Godhra riots, which definitely were heinous, make no mention of the genocide as well as ethnic cleansing of the Kashmiri Hindus. The national media adopts the same stance as a rule.
You cannot talk of the former two and ignore the Kashmiri Pandits. All three need to be mentioned in the same breath ! It is time we gave the Kashmiri Pandits their due.
