Hi, B.Raman is known and appreciated for his objective comments and this article is useful. He warns that islamic terrorists, annoyed over manmohan Singh's recent friendly overtures to the US, are responsible for the blasts in Delhi and that Indian policies towards the Islamic world have to be more sensitive since India is in the middle of the isalmic world and South Asia houses 45 percent of the world muslim population. But people say that another intelligence expert now working with the manmohan Singh government is the architect of the pro-US policies of the present government! This means that the government couldn't care less about the welfare and security of the Indian people so long as they are left free to pursue their so called global security strategies in India's national interests as perceived by those in government!
